Willamette Farm and Food Coalition

Food used to be simple–people ate what they grew and traded for what couldn’t be produced on the home turf. Food was local, organic, grass-fed and cage-free because there was no system in place for it to be otherwise. The Willamette Farm & Food Coalition is working to bring back a system more like the old days, where farmers were trusted local food providers and food didn’t travel very far to reach your plate.
